It is a beautiful day in Arizona. It is wonderful to realize that it is January 30 and we are enjoying
spring weather. I love the sunshine. It is a gift to encourage us to remember our Creator.
When I wake up each new day, I begin by opening the blinds that cover our pation window. What
an awe inspiring view we have. I enjoy a cup of flavored coffee while lounging on my couch. I see
water and gently swaying trees. At this time of year there are many types of geese and birds you
would expect to see in a National Geographic article. Because of our weather, we are already enjoying flowering plants and trees. Our condo community has walkways surrounding several manmade lakes. It is a lovely mile long walk and encourages exercise year round.
I usually have a busy schedule with people that God has brought into my life. On Sundays, my husband and I enjoy relaxing in ouar home. Women need times of rest so we can be ready for what
will come in the next moment. It is fun to appreciate your own decor, foods, music and the company of someone you care about.
Yesterday was a full day for me. I enjoyed being with people and serving but then I needed to rest.
God gives us rest and never overloads us with too much to do. I think sometimes women consider every duty to be from God. He knows what we can handle and carres the load for us.
